Learn how to add the Assessment Results into a client's Progress Report.
ℹ️ NOTE: Assessment Results can only be added into an individual Learner's progress report, Assessment Results cannot be added into report templates at the organization level.
Steps for adding the Assessment Results into a Learner's Report:
1. Select the Learner's name from the drop-down in the top left corner.
2. Click the [Progress] tab on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click the [Reports] tab on the right-hand side of the page.
4. Click [Add New Progress Report] at the bottom of the page.
5. Select the correct Report Template for the organization in the drop-down menu.
6. Select the correct Reporting Period for the report.
7. Add a Description (optional).
8. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner of the page
9. Select [Edit Report Elements]
10. Click [Add Content] to add the assessment to the bottom of the Report or the [ ] icon to the correct location of the Assessment Results within the Report.
11. Click [Assessment]
ℹ️ NOTE: Dynamic Fields and Report Images can only be added to [Assessment] Content for the VB-MAPP & Vineland Assessments.
12. Select the correct Assessment from the drop-down menu.
13. Click [Select Assessment]
14. Select the correct administration for the dynamic fields. Select [Ok]
ℹ️ NOTE: This determines which Report Images can be pulled into the report. This does not impact the graph displayed within the report.
15. Click to Edit Field either above or below the graph (See photo below)
16. In "Edit Text" the clinician can add dynamic fields from the Report Images by selecting [Dynamic Fields] --> [Name of assessment] --> Scroll to the bottom and select the correct image to upload.
17. Select [Save]
18. Now the Report Image is displayed within this Learner's Report.
19. Review the Graph, make edits to the Settings, if applicable
ℹ️ NOTE: The clinician can hide the graph by selecting the [ ] icon. If the report image was added below the graph, the report image will hide when the icon is selected. If the report image was added above the graph, the report image will remain on the report.
Note: Be sure to click [Save Changes] once completed at the bottom right side of the page.
20. Now the clinician can Publish the report.
