# Adding Target Level Graphs to a Treatment Plan Report Template
## This article will provide you with instructions on how to add target-level graphs into a Treatment Plan Report Template.

**Note:** Check your user permissions within the Hi Rasmus platform, as some users may not have access to editing report templates.
#### **Steps to Add a Program Progress Section to the Report Template**
1\. Navigate to the Report template via **\[Settings\] \>\> \[Templates\] \>\> \[Reports\]** on the left hand side of your screen.
2\. Select your existing template you would like to edit, or add a new template by selecting the **\[Add report template\]**.

3\. Select **\[Add Section\]** and then **\[Treatment Progress\]**from the drop-down menu.
**TIP:** Within your template, the  icon indicates that the section is a treatment progress section.
Here, you will fill out all of the relevant program information, including the heading. If you would like to sort by a variety of fields, including program tags, status, or by program data fields, you can do so by selecting the **\[Add program filter\]** button below the header.
4\.Toggle on **\[Table with a list of targets\]** to access the **\[Target progress graph\]** section.

#### **Steps to Adding Target Filter**
If you would like to filter, you can add specific filters by program status, introduction, mastery date, as well as sub targets or steps.
1\. Select **\[Add target filter\]** \>\> select filters \>\> **\[Apply\]**.
**TIP:** If you only want to display targets in acquisition, select the **\[Add target filter\]** button, then filter by the status, selecting ‘Acquisition’, and then **\[Apply\]**.
2\. Once you have completed making adjustments to your template, select **\[Save\]** on the top right-hand side of the screen.
