🔐 Access to the AI Note Auditor is a user privilege available to be turned on for Manager and Administrator roles to run audits.
To ensure access is permitted, select [Settings] >> [Organization] >> [User Privileges] >> [User Abilities] >> [Sessions].
What is AI Note Auditing?
The Auditor uses artificial intelligence and allows you to run reviews on completed session and supervision activity types, flagging gaps, inconsistencies, or missing elements in session notes that could put a claim at risk during a payer audit.
Who Can Use It?
The Auditor is available to organizations with Premium or Enterprise client licenses. Only Manager and Administrator user roles can run reviews.
What does the AI Note Auditor check?
It reviews the accuracy of written note content, as well as the accuracy of any custom and dynamic fields added to session note templates based on learnings.
How to Create a Manual Learning
Click HERE to learn how to create a manual learning. Managers can now add learnings to the AI Note Auditor directly and choose which session note templates they apply to — speeding up how quickly the Auditor adapts to each organization's requirements.
How to Create a Learning via Feedback
If you decide not to create a manual learning, you can still create one via feedback with the AI Note Auditor. We have created base rules and every time you run a review, the AI Note Auditor applies those base rules to the notes selected for review.
Engaging in feedback via thumbs up/ thumbs down, and providing additional information sharpens the rules overtime, and will create a learning for you via feedback, which can be viewed on the [Learnings Moderation] page of your account.

When you open the note(s) to view the Auditor's feedback, use the thumbs up/ thumbs down feature to provide it feedback.
- Selecting thumbs down opens a modal allowing you to provide additional feedback to submit.

Our Approach to AI and Your Data
AI Note Auditing is powered by Google Gemini and is fully HIPAA compliant. Neither Hi Rasmus nor any third-party provider uses the notes or data processed through the auditor to train AI models.
There are two distinct ways feedback is used:
Overall model improvement. We monitor aggregate positive and negative feedback signals across all customers to identify patterns and improve the accuracy of our overall model. This is done at a broad statistical level and does not involve reviewing individual note content.
