AI Note Auditor: FAQs

Released in BETA on July 2026, the AI Note Auditor is Hi Rasmus's newest safeguard for clinical documentation — an intelligent review layer that checks session notes for the clinical integrity insurance payers expect, before those notes ever reach a claim.

BETA - the initial beta launch is available to all organizations with Premium or Enterprise client licenses. Future states of this feature will be a paid add-on to your subscription.

🔐 Access to the AI Audit Agent is a user privilege available to be turned on for Manager and Administrator roles to run audits.

To ensure access is permitted, select [Settings] >> [Organization] >> [User Privileges] >> [User Abilities] >> [Sessions].

What is AI Note Auditing?

The Auditor uses artificial intelligence and allows you to run reviews on completed session and supervision activity types, flagging gaps, inconsistencies, or missing elements in session notes that could put a claim at risk during a payer audit.

Who Can Use It?

The Auditor is available to organizations with Premium or Enterprise client licenses. Only Manager and Administrator user roles can run reviews.

Our Approach to AI and Your Data

AI Note Auditing is powered by Google Gemini and is fully HIPAA compliant. Neither Hi Rasmus nor any third-party provider uses the notes or data processed through the auditor to train AI models.

There are two distinct ways feedback is used:

Organization-specific learnings. When your team marks an audit result as positive or negative, that feedback can be used to improve future audits within your account. Before any new learning is applied, your organization will be asked to confirm it. You will also be able to view all stored learnings - including the activity type and note template each one applies to - and delete any at any time. Your organization's learnings are fully isolated to your account and are never shared.

Overall model improvement. We monitor aggregate positive and negative feedback signals across all customers to identify patterns and improve the accuracy of our overall model. This is done at a broad statistical level and does not involve reviewing individual note content.
