AI Session Note Auditing
BETA - the initial beta launch is available to all organizations with premium client licenses. Future states of this feature will be a paid add-on to your subscription.
What is AI Note Auditing?
AI Note Auditing is a new Beta feature that uses artificial intelligence to review and audit activity notes in bulk. Instead of manually reviewing notes one by one, managers can now let the AI scan multiple notes at once and surface quality insights — saving time and creating more consistent auditing across your team.
Who Can Use It?
AI Note Auditing is available to organizations with Premium or Enterprise client licenses. It can be used by individuals with access to the activities reporting tab, with a privilege group role of Manager, Administrator, or Supervisor
How to Access It
- Navigate to the [Reporting] - [Activities] section from the main menu.
- Use filters if desired, and select the notes you want to audit
- Click the [3 Dots] icon in the top right corner
- Click [Review with AI]

- You can then choose what you want to audit, as well as how strict you want it to be. You can choose from any of the following:
- Missing Information
- Internal inconsistencies in the note
- Payor / billing risk language
- Mismatch between session data and narrative
- Location or modality inconsistencies

- The AI Agent will audit the selected notes by the focus areas you chose, and return a list of the notes with status icons. You can then click into each note to review the feedback

- Important: Give the AI Agent Feedback! You can thumbs up or thumbs down the audit finding, and make notes about your rating. Putting in specific feedback will help drive the next iterations of this tool!
- Thumbs up - the AI got it right!
Thumbs down - the AI got it wrong or missed something
- Thumbs up - the AI got it right!
