How to allow overlapping activities and when to toggle it on or not
This is how to toggle on "Allow overlapping activities":
Navigate to Settings > Organization > User Privileges > Toggle "Allow overlapping activities"
When would you want to "allow overlapping activities"?
- When you want to allow staff to simultaneously run a session and a staff appointment at the same time.
Examples when to keep the setting toggled off:
- To avoid starting a session with a client twice
- To avoid overlapping for billing or payroll
