Use Staff Profiles to track Employee Start and End Dates in Hi Rasmus

Adding Employee Start and End Dates
1. To enter an employee's start and / or end date in Hi Rasmus navigate to Settings >> Organization >> Users click the user profile for a user that has a staff profile set up.
2. Select the user's [Staff Profile] Tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter dates in the [Employee Start Date] and (if applicable) [Employee End Date] fields.
4. Select [Save]
Tracking / Reporting on Employee Start and End Dates
1. Navigate to Settings >> Organization >> Users
2. Select the icon in the top right corner of the user list table
3. To display Employee Start and End Date (or any other field related to the users Staff Profile select from the fields under [Staff Profile]
4. To filter the user list by specific Employee Start or Employee End Dates select from the left top corner of the user list
5. Select [Staff Profile: Employee Start Date] or [Staff Profile: Employee End Date] from the list of filter options.
6. Choose a date range to filter by and select [Apply]
