# Staff Activities Require Activity Type
## Manager-Level Users: Staff are now required to select an activity type when they start Staff Only Activities in Hi Rasmus. Read more about what you need to know before this feature is live.
### Currently, Staff Activities have a default Activity Type selected, for instance, "Other".
### With this new feature, Staff will be required to select the correct Activity Type when they start a staff activity.
