Learn how to add a staff profile to an existing Hi Rasmus user, allowing you to capture more information about your staff and monitor training and competency!
Note: In order to activate a staff profile you must purchase a Staff License. Staff licenses can be purchased on the Subscription page by a manager level user.
Purchasing a Staff License
In order to enable a staff profile for a user, a staff license must be purchased first. Staff licenses are an additional cost, while a basic user profile is free.

1. On the left hand navigation menu select [Settings] >> [Subscription].
2. From the Subscription page select [Edit Plan]
3. Enter the number of licenses you wish to purchase and select [Preview New Plan]
4. Select [Approve Changes] once you've reviewed your new subscription plan.
5. The number of staff licenses will be reflected at the top of the subscription page.
You will see number of active staff profiles / number of purchased licenses. Just like with clients, inactivating a staff profile frees up a license. You will need to adjust your plan to remove a license.
Activating a Premium Staff License for an User
In order to activate a premium staff license, the staff must first have a user profile created. For details on how to invite a user to Hi Rasmus click here.
1. From the left hand menu navigate to [Settings] >> [Organization] >> [Users]
2. Select the users name from the list of users to access their user profile.
3. Select [UPGRADE TO PREMIUM] in the blue banner
4. The banner will now turn green letting you know that staff was upgraded to premium upon saving and that a purchased Premium Staff License from your subscription will be assigned to this staff.
5. Scroll to the bottom, you will now see that premiumu licenses is in blue. Select [SAVE]

6. The Credentialing tab allows you to list a staff's Supervisors, Licenses and Certifications and add any competency checklists.
7. Once you have entered all the necessary information, select [Save]
