Ending a Session/Submitting the Session Note
Once a session is finished, you will be brought to the daily session data/note page where on the top a notification will again let you know that the current session is linked to an appointment in Lumary. Please note that the session notes must be completed and signed before they can be rendered to Lumary.
When the session notes are completed and signed by all required staff, the notification at the top will turn green letting you know that the session notes are complete and ready to be sent over to Lumary.
When ready to render the session, press send now. Please note that the session notes will take around 20 seconds or so to be sent off to Lumary. You can move throughout Hi Rasmus or even exit out as they will still be sent over.
Once the notes are sent over, if you are still logged into Hi Rasmus, you will get a notification on the bottom of your screen letting you know the session note was successfully sent over to Lumary.
If you keep the session summary page open, it will also state on the top of the screen that the session notes have been sent to Lumary.
