What metrics can be reported?
With our outcomes reporting tool, you can easily gain insight and take action on measures such as:
Client Centered Metrics
- Rate of Skill Acquisition
- Rate of Learning Opportunities
- Session Hours
- Protocol Modification and Creation
Staff Centered Metrics
- Staff Retention
- Competency Performance
- Performance Review Tracking
- Supervision and Session Hours
Each metric answers a specific question. Together, a comprehensive lens at different metrics can provide a wide view of performance across time, locations, and service lines.
Viewing and Interpreting Individual Metrics
Within Outcomes Reporting, users can explore detailed charts and tables that show:
- Current performance levels
- Trends over time
- Comparisons across programs, regions, or service types
Benchmarks and KPIs provide important context for interpretation, helping teams understand whether performance is meeting expectations or indicating an opportunity for improvement. You’ll work with our Value-Based Care team to determine what metrics are most important to your organization.
Introducing our Impact Score
To help synthesize outcomes data, Hi Rasmus includes an Impact Score as part of the Outcomes Reporting ecosystem.
The Impact Score is a normalized composite score ranging from 0 to 100 that summarizes performance across multiple outcomes reporting metrics into a single, interpretable signal.
The Impact Score is designed to support value-based care decision making, while focusing on access to care, learner outcomes, and social validity metrics. Each component of the scorecard contributes proportionally, resulting in a balanced reflection of performance across the areas that matter most.
Using our Outcomes Reporting Ecosystem
Our Ecosystem enables a more consistent, outcomes-focused approach to measuring and communicating impact.
- Data-informed leadership decisions
