Hi Rasmus 101: Collecting Data and Writing Session Notes in Hi Rasmus

This video tutorial demonstrates how to run a session with a Learner, take program data and complete a session note in Hi Rasmus

 

Collecting Data by Data Type

  • Trial-by-Trial
    • Prompting hierarchy: tap / click to select prompt level used.
  • Frequency / rate: tap/ click
    • Tap / click to record an instance of the behavior
    • Undo by clicking the back arrow icon.
    • Long tap & hold to document high rates of behaviors.
  • Duration recording:  
    • Start / stop the timer with a tap/ click
    • This will record multiple occurrences and a cumulative total.
  • Interval recording:
    • Start the timer with a tap / click
    • Tap / click behavior target for observed occurrences during the set interval.
  • ABC data: tap / click the icon at the top right on the blue banner.  
    • You can also collect ABC data outside of session.

🔎 A closer look:

As data is recorded, it is visible to you at the target level!


The colors indicate the most recently used prompt in either the current session, or previous session. 

The numbers indicate the number of successful/correct responses over the total number of trials run in the session. 

See all program targets, current phases of treatment and collect data!





For targets with a set minimum trial count, the target box will turn a light green indicating the minimum trial count was met.





Change the way you view your session sheet by clicking any of these icons.


Type in any relevant note to the program in the Program Notes section, take photos, record videos and start/ edit your session note at any time!

Session Notes

  1. Click the Session Notes icon and Edit Session Notes.
  2. Your organization/ supervisor will have session note templates linked to the session you are running. The template will automatically pre-select for you. 
  3. You can minimize your session note at any time by clicking the “-” icon in the top right corner and then selecting the purple Session Notes icon.
  4. Once you are ready to end your session, click 
  5. Your session note will reopen where you left off. Simply complete and follow the prompts to continue, then sign and save.
