This video tutorial demonstrates how Behavior Technicians navigate the Hi Rasmus system
Navigating Hi Rasmus as a Behavior Technician
Once logged in, you will see a blue banner at the top of your screen. Your name will be displayed at the top left corner as well as your organization/ company name.
Navigating the blue banner [from left to right]:
- Click
to Log Out.
- Click the three horizontal lines
to hide the side menu.
- Click the bell icon
to view your notifications.
Navigating the side menu:
- Click
to search for or access a client. A drop down menu will appear with clients you as a user are linked to.
- You can type the name of a client which can pull up their alias. Select the client you will work with. You will be redirected to the client’s homepage.
TIP: You can add a heart next to specific clients to bring them to the top of your client list.
Navigating your client’s homepage:
- At the top of the page, you will see the client's session(s). Sessions are created by your supervisor. A session is your data sheet, wherein data is collected.
- Below the client’s session, you will see boxes with or without cover photos. Each box represents a goal or program that is currently active and in treatment.
Navigating the side menu on client’s homepage:
- Click History to view the client’s past session notes, and other activities.
- Click Progress to view the client’s progress; cumulative graph, recently mastered targets, all programs and quick stats about each. For in-depth analysis, click the program name.
- Click Files to view client-related files, if permission was granted.
Note: [Home], [History], [Progress], and [Files] are Client Specific settings. Everything below that line is account settings that will remain the same regardless of which client you are viewing
Navigating the additional settings on the side menu
- Click Settings to view your Account information or utilize Offline Access.
- Click Account to make changes to your information (e.g., change password, change language).
- Click Notifications to change how you wish to receive notifications (e.g., in-app, on device or by email).
- Click Account to make changes to your information (e.g., change password, change language).
