Hi Rasmus 101: Navigating the Platform as a Behavior Technician

This video tutorial demonstrates how Behavior Technicians navigate the Hi Rasmus system

Navigating your Client's Account as a Behavior Technician

Once logged in, you will see a blue banner at the top of your screen. Your name will be displayed at the top left corner as well as your organization/ company name.

Navigating the blue banner [from left to right]:

  • Click to Log Out.
  • Click the three horizontal lines to hide the side menu.
  • Click the bell icon to view your notifications.


Navigating the side menu of your client's page:

NOTE: Depending on the User Privileges for your role and Standard or Premium subscription, some of these menu options will not be visible to you. Please speak with your supervisor/ organization if you have concerns.

  • Click to search for or access a client. A drop down menu will appear with clients you as a user are linked to. 
  • You can type the name of a client which can pull up their alias. Select the client you will work with. You will be redirected to the client’s homepage. 

TIP: You can add a heart next to specific clients to bring them to the top of your client list.

[Home] - view client’s session(s) & programs.

[Appointments] - view client’s scheduled appointments created by the supervisor/ organization. 

[History] - view the client’s past session notes, and other activities.

[Progress] - view the client’s progress; cumulative graph, recently mastered targets, all programs and quick stats about each. For in-depth analysis, click the program name

[Files] - client-related files, if permission was granted.

 

Note: [Home] through [Files] are Client Specific settings. Everything below that line is account settings that will remain the same regardless of which client you are viewing.


Navigating your client’s homepage:

  • At the top of the page, you will see the client's session(s). Sessions are created by your supervisor. A session is your data sheet, wherein data is collected. 
  • Below the client’s session, you will see boxes with or without cover photos. Each box represents a goal or program that is currently active and in treatment.

Navigating the side menu of your account page:

[Home] -defaults to your homepage

[History**]- view competency sessions with Premium Staff Licenses.

[Progress**] - view & track your performance with Premium Staff Licenses. 

[Files] - view your files & records

[My Schedule] - view your appointments

[Activities] - view activities such as session notes

[Pending Signatures] - add your signature in bulk, or individually

[Settings] > [Account] - view your account information, notification & authentication setup 

[Settings] > [Offline Access] - upload client’s program to collect data when offline. Click here to learn more.

[Help] - access the [Knowledge Base], [Support], and [App Information]

Navigating the additional settings on the side menu


  • Click Settings to view your Account information or utilize Offline Access.

    • Click Account to make changes to your information (e.g., change password, change language).

      • Click Notifications to change how you wish to receive notifications (e.g., in-app, on device or by email).
  • Click Offline Access to enable offline mode.  Click here to learn more

      • Use the search bar or begin by clicking Getting Started.
