First, you will see your name in the top left corner and your organization’s name next to your name, in the middle of the screen once you are logged in.
If you would like to log out of Hi Rasmus, you can select to the right of your name.
You may select in order to remove or re-add your menu to your screen.
On the top right of your screen, you will see this icon, which is where you can access your notifications.
Navigation
Everything from [Home] to [Files] on the left side of your screen are client-specific options
From [Library] to [Help] are considered your organization-wide settings.
Client Menu
On the left side of your screen underneath your name, you can click [select client] to access the client drop down menu.
TIP: If you have access to multiple learners and would like quick and easy access to a learner’s name on your list, you may favorite their profile by adding a heart to the right of their name
Once you have selected a learner, you will see all of their active sessions as well as programs on their [Home] page.
You can create a variety of sessions and session types within the platform according to your organization's processes. For more information creating sessions, click here
You can see a list of your sessions in the middle of your learner’s home page.
If you click the on your session you may access a variety of settings including editing your session, schedule, visibility (who has access and/or can see the session), or delete the session here.
Select [Programs] to see all of the client's programs. Click here to learn more about creating programs
Select [History] to view that client's previous sessions and activities
Select [Progress] to view that client's graphs, assessments, and treatment plans. Learn more about the progress tab here
Select [Files] to view all of that client's files or forms, upload new documents, or assign forms.
System Menu
Select [Library] to access your organization's library. To learn more about the library, click here
According to your access level, you may see [Reporting], which allows you to see activities across clients
Also according to your access, you may see [Clients], which shows a list of clients in your organization
Select [Settings], then [Account] to access your account settings. Here you can change your display name, your language, your password, and your notification settings.
Under Settings, you may have additional options depending on your access level.

- The Knowledge Base
- Support - learn who in your organization to go to, request a new feature, view our changelog, or see our knowledge base
- App Information - Shows your current Hi Rasmus version and shows any relevant updates
