# Hi Rasmus | Aloha Integration: How can users adjust their own session times and send to Aloha?

## The video in this article demonstrates how managers can set up session notes in Hi Rasmus to be able to capture session times and either allow or prevent users from being able to update these times

**NOTE:** We recommend using a session note template for every session if you are using an integration.  For more info on setting up session note templates check out [this article](https://help.hirasmus.com/knowledge/session-note-templates?hsLang=en).

The video below will walk manager level users through the process of: 

- Setting up user privileges to either allow users to adjust their start and finish times on a session or disable them from doing so.
- How to include the Start and Finish times in a session note.
- How a user will edit those times when completing their session note.
- The settings that you must have in place in Aloha to ensure that Aloha times update according to the Hi Rasmus session note times.
