# Hi Rasmus | Lumary Integration: How to Set up Syncing Client Profiles from Lumary
## With this feature, you'll be able to enter the client profile information in Lumary and those fields will sync over to Hi Rasmus, eliminating duplicate work.
💡Only users with access to the integrations page can complete this task
**Enabling this setting will:**
- Allow continuous field updating on the client profile fields (every 15 minutes) when changes are made in Lumary.
- Allow the client profile fields to sync from Lumary to Hi Rasmus, **except** for the following:
\[**Preferred Name**\]
\[**Alias**\]
\[**Notes**\]
\[**Business Unit**\]
**Custom Client Information Fields**
- Block access from editing these fields in Hi Rasmus.
- Override any information manually entered into those fields before turning on this setting
**NOTE**: **This will not sync the Business Unit. At this time, the business unit needs to be updated on each client individually in Hi Rasmus.**
##### **Client Fields that will Sync to Hi Rasmus:**

### **Steps to Enable** **Syncing Client Profiles**
1\. Navigate to \[**Integrations**\]. \[**Settings**\] \>\> \[**Organization**\] \>\> \[**Integrations**\]
2\. Scroll to the very bottom of the page to \[**Additional integration settings**\].
3\. Toggle on the setting \[**Set Lumary data as the primary source for client profiles**\].
4\. Confirm by pressing \[Ok\]
Now the fields on the client profile will sync from Lumary and cannot be edited in Hi Rasmus. Changes must be made from Lumary and will sync to Hi Rasmus within 15 minutes.
