Hi Rasmus/Lumary - Supervision

Learn how to manually link your supervision session to an appointment when using the "supervise" feature

In Lumary, you have the option to add a supervision appointment to an existing RBT appointment by using the feature "Add supervisor".

When you do that, there will be an appointment on the supervisor's home page and they will have the option to click on "go to client".

On the client's profile, however, both appointments (for the RBT and for the supervisor) will show under the same session (even if you have a mapping created).

The RBT will start their own session, and the supervisor will click on the "supervise" button.

After you finish your supervision session, and the BT finishes their own session, you will see that the BT's session is linked to an appointment, but the supervisor's session is not. The supervisors will need to manually link the session to an appointment.

The RBT can click on "send now" and that will not affect the supervisor's session note.

Manual Linking

To manually link your session already done in Hi Rasmus to an existing appointment in Lumary, you will need to open the session, click on the 3 dots located on the right side, and then select the option to "Link to appointment".

A new window will open with appointment options for linking.

You will then select the correct appointment and link your supervision session.

Once both sessions are linked, all session notes are completed and signed, you can click on "send now", and send both session notes over to Lumary at the same time.

At this point, both sessions will be completed both in Lumary and Hi Rasmus.
