📹Watch: Organization Set up to Send Staff Only Activities to Camber without a Prescheduled Appointment
Organization Set up:
1. Check off the Activity Types you would like to send to Camber without a pre-scheduled appointment.
Navigate to [Activity Types] ([Settings] >> [Organization] >> [Activity Types])
Click the 3 dots on the far right-hand side of the activity you would like users to be able to send to Camber.
Check the box that reads: [Allow sending staff activities to practice management without a linked appointment]
Click [Save]
2. Check on the User Privilege
Navigate to [User Privileges], ([Settings] >> [Organization] >> [User Privileges])
Click [Activities] within the User Privileges
Scroll down to [Allow sending staff activities to PM without linked appointments]
Check on the user roles you would like to engage in sending activities to Camber without linked appointments.
