How Can I Recover A Deleted Note / Activity?

Manager level users can recover deleted activities within the Reporting Tab!

NOTE: Access to the [Reporting] tab in Hi Rasmus is only available for Premium or Enterprise level subscriptions

Recovering a Deleted Activity in Hi Rasmus

1. From the left hand navigation menu select [Reporting] >> [Activities]

2. On the Activities page, select the three vertical dots to the right of the bookmark icon, then select [Restore Delete Activities]

3. If you want to filter the deleted activities select [Add Filter] and select which filters you want to apply to narrow your search:

4. Selecting the gear Screenshot 2025-03-27 at 10.15.16 AMicon in the top right corner will allow you to choose which columns you see in the display table:

5. Select the activities you wish to restore:

6. Then scroll down and select [Restore] in the bottom right corner

The activity along with the corresponding session note will be restored.
