To support your BCBA in designing personalized and effective treatment, upload video(s) of your learner directly to the platform on a parent activity or a session.

Steps to Upload a video in Hi Rasmus to a Parent Activity:
- Login to Hi Rasmus
- Select your learner
From the drop down list in the upper left hand corner where it says [Select Client], choose your learner's name and/or initials
Selecting your learner will bring you to your learner’s home page.

Locate the Parent Activity Box
On the Home page, you'll see a rectangular box labeled Parent Session/Activity (or something similar). This may contain a current goal(s) your learner is working on or a request from your BCBA for more information. -
Review Goal and/or Further Instructions
Click directly on the box that shows the picture and title (e.g., “Lesson 4.1: Motivation”).
This will open a screen with detailed instructions from your BCBA. These may include how to engage with your learner or what specific behaviors or interactions to observe. These instructions may have a video for you to watch, text instructions to read and/or a pdf file you can preview and/or download.
Carefully read and/or watch the instructions. They are designed to help guide your interaction or observation in a way that provides meaningful data for your BCBA.

Exit the Instructions
Once you've reviewed the directions, simply exit the instructions screen, which will return to the Home page. -
Click “Record Activity”
On the bottom right hand side of the activity box, click the Record Activity button. A feedback window will appear. Follow these steps to share with your BCBA:-
Rate the Session (optional)
Select the emoji that best reflects how the session went with your learner.
Loved it It was fun It was nice Meh Sad about it Went really bad - Add Comments or Questions (optional)
Use the Comment box to share what went well or what was challenging, ask any questions you have for your BCBA, and/ or mention anything you’d like them to notice in the video - Attach a Video: Click on the Attach Video button (📹) to upload your session recording. Choose the video file from your device. Wait for the upload to complete. It will say video attached once it's fully uploaded.

🚨There is limitation on the length of recording a video to 10 minutes when recording live in the app.
Steps to Upload a video in Hi Rasmus in a Live Session:
- Start your session with your learner.
[You can refer here with instructions on how to start your learner's session.] - Towards the bottom of your session or middle of your screen, you will see 4 icons.
Select the video camera to record a video live.
If you are using the app, it will give you 3 options:
- Photo Library: Upload a video recorded outside of the Hi Rasmus app.
- Take Video: Record a video directly in the Hi Rasmus app.
- Choose File: Upload a video recorded outside of the Hi Rasmus app.
Uploading any videos will bring you a screen informing you the file is uploading and to not leave the app while the file is uploading.
If you've uploaded multiple videos, it will show you how many in the menu bar - Continue to run your session and finish your session when done working with your learner.
- Once a session ends, you can scroll to the bottom of the session history/note and find the uploaded videos.
- If you need to edit the name of a video and/or delete one, you can click on the 3 white dots on the bottom right hand corner of the video and select rename and/or delete.
- It might be helpful to add a comment below the video(s)and tag your BCBA using the @ to let them know a video has been uploaded.
