⚠️The parent must be a Hi Rasmus User for their signature to populate on the note in Aloha.
Steps to add a parent signature to a note to display in Aloha
💡Manager-Level users will need to complete these steps
1. Create a Custom Client Information Field. The [Data Type] must be [User].

2. Invite the Parent as a user to Hi Rasmus.
To invite a single new user, navigate to [Settings] >> [Organization] >> [Users] and click on [Invite User]. Select the [Parent] User Role

3. Add the parent user to the Custom Client Information Field on the Client Profile.

Navigate to the Client Profile [Clients] >> Select the Client Name >> click the [Client Information] Tab

Click the custom client information field, and a dropdown of users will appear.

Select the correct caregiver name

Scroll to the bottom, click [Save]
4. Add an additional signature to the note template

Navigate to your organization's note templates [Settings] >> [Templates] >> [Notes]

Click into the correct note template

Under the [Signatures] section, select [Require signature from additional people]

Select the Custom Client Information field you created (for example, Caregiver).

Scroll to the bottom of the note template and click [Save]
Now, when you use your note template in session, your parent will receive a notification to sign a note.
The user working with the client can still retrieve a signature from the parent in person too.
