Hi Rasmus | Lumary Integration: Inviting Users with a Lumary profile to Hi Rasmus [Profile Auto-link]

This article demonstrates how to invite users to Hi Rasmus that already have a Lumary account set up so that their Hi Rasmus and Lumary profiles are linked automatically

 

ProTip: Prior to adding user accounts in Hi Rasmus, please make sure that all staff member accounts have been created in Lumary!

  1. Select [Settings] on the navigation menu to the left of your screen
  2. Select [Organization]
  3. Select [Users]

4.  Select : This option allows you to invite multiple staff members with the same permission level as well as the ability to auto-link to their Lumary account.

5. Enter in multiple user email addresses separated by a comma or a line-break

TIP: You can copy and paste user email addresses into this field! Make sure it's the same email address that was used to create their Lumary profile!

6. Select the [Assigned Role] from the drop-down menu. 

7. Select the associated [Business Unit]

8. Toggle on the box [Auto-link to Lumary staff profile]

9. Select [INVITE]
