How to Set up Custom Fields on Note Template to Expose to the API
These Custom Fields are used to drive modifiers in Camber. They can be set up in Hi Rasmus Session Notes and sent to Camber billing.
In Note Templates, you'll want to create 2 fields to expose to Camber's API.
This is so that these fields can be communicated back to Camber billing.
**These fields must be set up exactly as shown below**

Steps to Add Custom Fields to Note Templates:
- Navigate to the Note Template
- Click [Add Custom Field] in the note template

- Click the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner and toggle on [Expose field in API]

- Add a Field Title
- Add API Field Identifier - this must match Camber's fields exactly.
- [Telehealth]
- Add Hint for staff - this will not show up on the note.
- Choose [Selection] in the [Field Type]
- Add options [Yes] / [No]
- Check on [Required Field]
- Check on [Save to field library (for re-use in other session note templates)]
- Save in [Appointments] section
NOTE: You only need to complete these steps 1x. To learn how to add these custom fields to remaining notes, see section below.
Telehealth:

Client Present:
- Add a Field Title
- Add API Field Identifier - this must match Camber's fields exactly.
- [ClientPresent]
- Add Hint for staff - this will not show up on the note.
- Choose [Selection] in the [Field Type]
- Add Options [Yes] / [No]
- Check on [Required Field]
- Check on [Save to field library (for re-use in other session note templates)]
- Save in [Appointments] section.

Open note template

Click on the note template location you want to add the custom field to.

Select [dynamic field]

Click [Appointment] or use the search function to find the correct custom field.
