How To: Supervise a Client and Staff Simultaneously

Learn how to supervise a client and take data on a staff member at the same time! No separate tab required!

NOTE: Supervise Mode requires Premium or Enterprise Client Licenses. It also requires the user to have a staff profile set up.

Supervising a Client and Staff member simultaneously

In order to utilize this feature first ensure the following: 

  • The user you want to take staff data on has a Premium Staff License set up. 
  • The user's staff profile has a session set up 
  • You have access to the user's staff profile
  • You are supervising the client using Supervise Mode 

1. When you are in your supervision session with the client and user, using supervise mode, you will see a new icon that will allow you to add the staff session to the supervision so you can toggle between the two in one tab: 

 

2. Select the staff's session you want to add

3. You'll now be able to toggle between your client and staff:

4. Select the [] icon next to the session timer to edit the staff or client note during the session.

5. You can now end staff supervision separately from client supervision.

  • Click [End Supervision]
  • You will be prompted to select [End all supervision sessions] or [End staff supervision session only].
