Every Staff User in Hi Rasmus will update to either a Standard Staff License or a Premium Staff License. Learn the differences between two and what updates have been made with this exciting change!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are the new fields in the Staff License required? No, there are no required fields other than the staff's legal name and email address. 
I'm a manager-level user, how will the new staff licenses impact the user privileges?  By default, manager-level users are the only ones who will have access to managing and accessing all staff licenses. 
I'm a manager-level user, I want the supervisor-level users to be able to add users, what user privileges will need to be checked in order to make this happen? Manager level users will need to check "manage users" under the [User Management] page
My staff members had the previous Staff Profiles, will they automatically change to Premium Staff Profiles?  Yes, previous Staff Profiles will automatically change to Premium Staff Licenses.
Will my staff members who had the previous Staff Profile lose the data previously collected? No, your staff's data will transfer over to the new Premium Staff Licenses.

What users can change a Standard Staff License to a Premium Staff License? Manager-level users are able to upgrade or downgrade a user's staff license between standard and premium. If your organization is not using premium staff licenses, this privilege can be unselected.
