Limiting Session Visibility
Set visibility of a session by role if you only want certain user types to view a session
💡 TIP: Use Session Prototypes to set default session visibility across your organization for a particular session type, eliminating the need to update on every individual session!
💡 Manager and Supervisor level roles cannot be limited from viewing a session in Hi Rasmus!
Setting up Session Visibility on a new Session
▶️ CLICK HERE for details on how to create a new client session in Hi Rasmus
- Once you've added programs to your session select [Save Session]
- You'll be taken to a page titled [Session Settings]. Select [More Options]
- Toggle on the setting to [Limit Session Visibility] and toggle the switch next to the roles that you WANT to be able to view the session on the Client's home page.
- If you toggle on [Show in History to all] all users will be able to click into a completed activity associated with that session and view the completed session details. This must be turned on in order for a signature to be collected on a note, if the signatory role does NOT have visibility toggle on.
Setting up Session Visibility on an existing Session
- Select the three dots in the top right corner of the session on the client's home page and select [Visibility]
- Toggle on [Limit Session Visibility] and toggle the switch next to the roles you wish to be able to view the session.
If [Limit Session Visibility] is turned on, but no roles are selected ONLY Manager and Supervisor level users will be able to see that session.
