      Hi Rasmus | Lumary Integration: Linking Existing Hi Rasmus User Profiles to Lumary Profiles

      This article reviews how to connect a Hi Rasmus user profile to an existing profile in Lumary. Hi Rasmus profiles must be connected to Lumary in order for the users appointments to show up in Hi Rasmus.

      NOTE: The Lumary integration must be set up in order to link a client or user to their profile

      Linking an Exiting Hi Rasmus User to their Lumary Profile

      1. In Lumary - make sure the User profile status is [Active]

      2. From the Navigation menu on the left select Settings --> Organization --> Users

      3. Click the name of the User you wish to connect 

      4. Select [Link to Lumary Profile]

      5. Select the bubble next to the user you wish to link them to from the list of Lumary profiles and select [Save]

      6. To ensure all users are connected to their Lumary profile select the gear icon on the User page and add the column [Lumary connection].
