Hi Rasmus | Boost Integration: Linking existing Hi Rasmus Clients to their Boost Profile

This article reviews how to link an existing client in Hi Rasmus to their profile in Boost. Clients must be connected to their Boost profile in order for their appointments to show up in Hi Rasmus.

 

NOTE: The Boost integration must be set up in order to link a client or user to their profile.

Currently, a client's Hi Rasmus profile cannot be linked to their Boost profile until a client appointment is created in Boost.  

Auto Linking Existing Hi Rasmus Clients to their Profile in Boost

Hi Rasmus clients will be automatically linked to their Boost profile once an appointment is created for that client in Boost. The client names must match exactly for this to happen. If they do not auto link, follow the instructions below to manually link the client. 

Manually Linking Existing Hi Rasmus Clients to their Profile in Boost 

1. Navigate to [Clients] from the navigation menu

*Only Managers and Supervisors have this option - Supervisors will only see clients in their Business unit or whom they are assigned.

TIP: Add the Boost connection column to the client list to view if a client is connected to their Boost profile.

Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the list, scroll to [Boost], click [Select All], and [Submit].

Now we can clearly see which clients are already linked and which clients still need to be linked. 

2. Click the name of the client you would like to link to Boost
3. On the [Profile] tab, click [Link to Boost]



4. Select the correct client name in the pop-up
5. Click [Save] in the pop-up.

6. Click [Save] on the client's profile

Now your client from Boost is connected in Hi Rasmus.
