This article reviews how to connect a Hi Rasmus user profile to an existing profile in Boost. Hi rasmus profiles must be connected to Boost in order for the user's appointments to show up in Hi Rasmus.
NOTE: The Boost integration must be set up to link a client or user to their profile.
User profiles in Hi Rasmus cannot be linked to user profiles in Boost until an appointment is created for the user in Boost.
Auto Linking an Existing Hi Rasmus User to their Boost Profiles
Once an appointment is created in Boost for a user, the Hi Rasmus and Boost profiles will automatically link as long as the email addresses in both systems are an exact match.
If the profiles do not automatically link, or you create the Hi Rasmus profile after there are already appointments scheduled in Boost, just follow the steps below to manually link a user to their Boost profile.
Manually Linking an Existing Hi Rasmus User to their Boost Profiles:
1. Navigate to [Users] from the navigation menu by selecting [Organization]>> [Users]
*Only Managers and Supervisors have this option - Supervisors will only see clients in their Business unit or whom they are assigned.
TIP: Add the Boost connection column to the user list to view if a user is connected to their Boost profile.
Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the list, scroll to [Boost], click [Select All], and [Submit].
Now we can clearly see which users are already linked and which users still need to be linked.
2. Select the user you would like to link to Boost
3. Click the [Access] Tab in the top, middle of the screen
4. Click [Link to Boost]
5. Select the correct Boost profile in the pop-up window.
6. Click [Save] in the pop-up window.
7. Click [Save] in the user profile.
Now your user from Boost is connected in Hi Rasmus.
