Set up notifications so you can be informed of any changes made within a session or to targets!
Hi Rasmus has made it simple to keep track of when sessions are run or progress is made through notifications. To set these up, select the 
icon on the upper right corner of a scheduled session.
Notifications can be turned on, off, or customized here. Within customizing your notifications, users can select whether or not they receive alerts for certain actions taken within the Hi Rasmus apps. These include:
- Session Finished
- New session note added
- Files/video attached to a session
- Target mastery
- Target reopened
