Now, when a user finishes a client session that is not linked to an activity, they will be prompted to link to an existing activity! This feature is meant to decrease back end administrative work required to manually link sessions.
If the user is completing a session in Hi Rasmus that was pre-scheduled and is already linked to an appointment, nothing changes.
If it is not linked to an appointment, a modal will pop up for linking. If no appointments are available, they will see this and can press skip:
If an appointment exists that matches the user, the client, and the session date, that will pop up here. The user can select the correct appointment or if they are unsure, they can still skip this part.
