Disable a User
You can disable a user who no longer works for your organization or no longer needs access to your Hi Rasmus Account
How to Remove an User
- Select Settings
- Select Organization
- Select Users
- Find the user you are wishing to remove from your list
- On the very far right of that user, select the trash can icon
- A pop up will appear stating: If you want to delete the user, you need to complete the field with the user name
- Type in the user's full name
- Press delete
Please Note: This is wiIl delete an user from any future access to your Hi Rasmus account, but any of the user's history of session notes and data will remain available.
