Easily monitor appointment and schedule information across clients using the appointments reporting page!
đ Appointments Reporting: Overview
The Appointments Reporting page in Hi Rasmus allows you to view and export appointment information across clients and users.
With appointments reporting you can:
- Filter appointments by status
- Run a report on cancelled appointments and tell who they were cancelled by
- Identify discrepancies in start times and duration times of appointments
- Export appointment information such as service codes or place of service
đĄ Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the appointments reporting page to add additional columns / fields to your report.
đĄ Select [Add Filter] to filter the appointments list by status, scheduled dates / times, actual dates / times, appointment information, client information and more.

Cancellation Reporting
Filter: Status >> Canceled
Additional Columns: Cancellation Reason
Completed Appointments Report
Filter 1: Status >> Complete
Filter 2: Scheduled Date/Time (choose your time frame)
Filter 3: Actual Date/Time (makes sure it's the SAME time frame as scheduled date/time
Additional Columns:
- Actual Date / Time
- Actual End Date / Time
- Scheduled Duration
- Actual Duration
- Start Time Discrepancy
- Duration Discrepancy
âšī¸ NOTE: If you filter by [Status: Completed] and do not also include a filter for Actual Date / Time - you will also include appointments where the linked activity may not be completed.
The Actual Date / Time only generates once the activity / note is also completed
