How to Organize by Client Scheduling Group

  1. Select [Scheduling]
  2. Select [Overview]
  3. Select [Add Filter]
  4. Select [Client Information]
  5. Select the [Scheduling Group] you wish to view on the calendar.
  6. Select the options you wish to view on the calendar
  7. Select [APPLY]
  8. Change the calendar view to [Timeline]                                               
  9. Change the group by to [Client]. Be sure to toggle on [unassigned] if that is needed.
  10. Select the NEWLY ADDED Option, [Organize By] to the Scheduling Group you wish to view on the calendar.                                                                                          
  11. The Scheduling Groups will now show up on the left hand menu bar with the options to collapse or un-collapse as needed.

How to Organize by User Scheduling Group

  1. Select [Scheduling]
  2. Select [Overview]
  3. Select [Add Filter]
  4. Select [Staff Information]
  5. Select the [Scheduling Group] you wish to view on the calendar 
  6. Select the options you wish to view on the calendar
  7. Select [APPLY]
  8. Change the calendar view to [Timeline]                                               
  9. Change the group by to [User]. Be sure to toggle on [Show Unassigned] if that is needed.
  10. Select the NEWLY ADDED Option, [Organize By] to the Scheduling Group you wish to view on the calendar.                                                                                          
  11. The Scheduling Groups will now show up on the left hand menu bar with the options to collapse or un-collapse as needed.
