# Scheduling Set Up: Places of Service
## Learn how to add your organization's list of service locations (include POS codes) to select from when scheduling a Client
### 🏢 Places of Service: Overview
When setting up your places of service you have the option to associate the place of service with the client's home address or business unit address.
You can also associate a place of service with a specific address or allow the user who is scheduling the appointment to enter a specific address after selecting a particular place of service.
⚠️ Place of service is not required when scheduling an appointment in Hi Rasmus.
**Note:** The examples you see here include a list of common place of service codes. Please confirm with your payers which place of service codes you should be using.

### Setting up Places of Service
1\. From the left hand menu, navigate to **\[Settings\] \>\> \[Scheduling\] \>\> \[Places of Service\]**
2\. To add a new Place of Services select **\[Add Place of Service\]**
3\. Enter the Code and the Place of Service Name
4\. Toggling on \[Include Service Location (Address)\] will allow you to select an option to associate the place of service with a specific location:
- Selecting **\[Use client's home address\]** will associate an appointment with the client's home address list on their client profile.
- Selecting **\[Use client's business unit address\]** will associate an appointment with the address for the Business Unit they are assigned to.

- Selecting **\[Let user enter the address when scheduling\]** will allow the user who is creating the appointment to add in an address when scheduling the appointment.
- Selecting **\[Use this specific address\]** will require you to enter in an address that will be associated with that service location.
5\. When you are finished setting enter the Code, Place of Service Name and (optional) selecting the Service Location address, click **\[SAVE\]**
### Modifying or Removing a Service Location
1\. From the Places of Service page, click the name of the Place of Service you want to modify.
2\. Modify the details of the Service Location to update or select **\[DELETE\]** to remove.
3\. Select **\[SAVE\]** to save any updates.
