Scheduling Set Up: Adding Appointment information to Session Notes
Learn how to set up your session note templates so they automatically pull in appointment information such as services or place of service.

How to: Set up Session Notes to pull in Hi Rasmus Appointment Info
1. From the left hand menu, navigate to [Settings] >> [Templates] >> [Notes]
2. Select the pencil icon to edit the note template you wish to add appointment specific information to.
3. Select the [Dynamic Fields] Dropdown and expand the [Appointment] list
4. Select the fields that you would like to pull into the note from the appointment.
β οΈ NOTE: If a session note is completed before a session is linked to the appointment, the note will have to be reopened for editing after the appointment is manually linked in order for the appointment fields to appear in the note.
The appointment fields will appear in the session note, as long as the user's activity is linked to the appointment prior to completing the note.
