Can an appointment or Staff Event be "Uncompleted"?
Yes. Simply "Unlink" the user activity from the appointment.
- Navigate to "Activities" either through the client's History page or the [Reporting] >> [Activities] page.
- Click into the activity. You'll see a red appointment chip indicating the activity is linked to an appointment.

- Clicking the appointment chip will allow you to either unlink to change the appointment the activity is linked to.

Once the activity is unlinked from the appointment, the appointment or event will move back to a "Scheduled" status.
Can a Staff Event be "Cancelled"?
No! Only Appointments can be cancelled!
When Can I "Drag and Drop" Appointments?
- You can "drag and drop" appointments on a single clients calendar to a different day or time.
- You can "drag and drop" appointments across different users when using the "scheduling for" view and have a client selected. This will change the user on the appointment.
- You can "drag and drop" appointments between users when using the scheduling "Overview" page and grouping by "Users". This will change the user on the appointment.
- You can "drag and drop" appointments between users when using the scheduling "Overview" page and grouping by "Services". This will change the treatment service on the appointment.
How can I Bulk Update Draft Appointments?
- Hovering over a [draft] appointment shows a checkbox in the top-right corner.
- Clicking the [checkbox] in the upper right hand corner of a draft appointment(s) selects the appointment and activates a blue footer banner with the following options: [View Selected], [Deselect All] or [Convert to Scheduled]
- [View selected] shows all selected draft appointments in a table
- [Deselect all] clears all selections along with the blue footer banner
- [Convert to scheduled] successfully updates all selected appointments to Scheduled status

When in selecting appointments in draft mode, multiple [draft] appointments can be selected. Scheduled appointments cannot be selected.
If a selected draft appointment belongs to a recurring series, only the selected instance(s) is updated (not the entire series). If you want to select more than one draft in the recurrence, you'll need to toggle through the days, weeks, or months if necessary to check off all you want to update.
