[Schedule For] View
[Schedule For]: View Overview
The [Schedule For]Calendar view allows you to schedule for a single client or user, by selecting them from a dropdown list.
- You can "favorite" clients the same way you do in the [Select Client] drop down as well.
- This view defaults to showing the client or user and the clients/users that have access to them (for linked users - it defaults to non-manager level users - but manager level users can be added to the view!)
With the [Schedule For] view you can easily select clients / users that meet necessary scheduling criteria by selecting the applicable filter settings and compare their schedules.

Calendar View Displays
The "Schedule For" mode allows you to view your calendar in a weekly view, daily view or a timeline. Select the far left option at the top of the calendar to change views.
When viewing calendars using the [Day] or [Week] view, the client or user you have selected will always be on the far left. The "Unassigned" bucket will always be on the far right.
When viewing calendars using the [Timeline] view, the client or user you have selected will appear at the top, any users who are not linked to the client will display next, then linked users and the unassigned bucket at the bottom.
- When using timeline view - you can zoom in or out of the calendar by selecting the + / - icons next to the settings gear.
Color Coding Appointments
Calendar appointments can be color coded by: Status, User, Client or Service.
Calendar Settings
Select the gear icon at the top of the calendar to adjust your calendar settings.
Settings Include:
- Choosing the days of the week to display on your calendar
- Choosing the time frame to display on the calendar
- Displaying additional time zones
- Showing business hours on the calendar. Business hours will display red cross hatch lines outside of the business hours, across all clients and users.
Bookmark your saved views:
Select the bookmark icon to save your views for the client or user you are scheduling for - you can save the view for just yourself or your entire organization.
⚠️ Note: The bookmark icon at the top of the calendar won't save the "user" filters.
When you select the blue "user" filter chip, you can bookmark your user filter views separately:

When you choose the "Overview" option you will need to select filters in order to display appointments.
- You can choose a specific client(s) or user(s) to add to the schedule
- You can also choose to filter by specific client or staff information, such as "OK with Cats" or "No Pets in Home"
A few important things to keep in mind when using the "Overview" view:
- Appointments for all clients and users / staff that meet the filter criteria will display on the calendar.
- If you display both client and user / staff filter criteria on the calendar and an appointment doesn't meet both criteria, it will still display, but will be "dimmed".
- You can "Group" appointments by clients, users or services
- The Staff Information filters refer to custom [Staff Information] fields, users currently must have Premium staff profiles in order to apply these fields to a user.
[Overview]: View Settings
The "Overview" view includes all of the same settings and views as the "Schedule For" view, plus a few additional.
Calendar View Displays
When using the "Overview" view you'll also be able to view appointments on a monthly calendar.
Grouping Appointments
When viewing appointments on a week, day or timeline view, you can group appointments by client, user or service.
