Hi Rasmus | Therapy PM Integration: Setting up the Therapy PM Integration
To set up your integration, you'll need to get credentials from the Therapy PM Team to enter into Hi Rasmus!
NOTE: Your Therapy PM Integration credentials are NOT the same as your Hi Rasmus login credentials. Please do not enter your Hi Rasmus login credentials to set up your Integration!
Setting up your Therapy PM Integration
1. First you will need to receive the integration (API) credentials from Therapy PM. Please note that the email may be the same as your Hi Rasmus login, but the password will be unique.
2. Navigate to [Settings] >> [Organization] >> [Integration]
3. Select [Therapy PMS] from the [Practice Management Platform] dropdown list.
4. Enter the Email and Password you were provided from the Therapy PM Team
5. Select [Connect]
6. To instantly pull all appointments that are scheduled in Therapy PM, select [Reload all Appointments]
