Staff Information Fields
Create custom Staff Information Fields in Hi Rasmus that can be used to track user specific information across staff for your organization.
About Staff Information Fields
Staff Information Fields can be customized to track specific information about your staff. This feature can be used across both Standard and Premium Staff Licenses.
Examples: Languages Spoken and Pet Restrictions
Staff Information Fields live on the user's profile.
Creating Staff Information Fields
Manager level users always have access to create staff information fields, Supervisor level users or Behavior Analyst level users must be given access in User Privileges.
1. From the left hand menu navigate to [Organization] >> [Staff Information]
2. Click [Add Data Field]
3. Select a section for the field, if applicable
NOTE: Sections are designed to organize your data fields. To create sections, select [Add Section].
4. Type a Field Label
5. Select the Data Type
6. If choosing "Selection" add the options users can select from by typing the selection and hitting enter.
- You can also check the box to allow for multiple selections.
- Selecting "Allow user-defined options" will allow a user to enter their own options when filling out the field on a program
7. Click [Save]
8. The custom Staff Information Fields will now be visible within the Staff's Profile.
