User Management: Disable or Delete a User
You can disable a user who no longer works for your organization or no longer needs access to your Hi Rasmus Account
How to Disable or Delete User
- Select Settings
- Select Organization
- Select Users
- Find the user you are wishing to remove from your list
- Select the three dots to the far right of the users name and select [Disable User] or [Delete User].
- Deleting will remove their profile entirely. Disabling will allow you to easily reactivate

- If you choose to delete the user, a pop up will appear stating: If you want to delete the user, you need to complete the field with the user name
- Type in the user's full name
- Press delete
- Deleting will remove their profile entirely. Disabling will allow you to easily reactivate
NOTE: Deleting a user will remove from any future access to your Hi Rasmus account, but any of the user's history of session notes will remain available.
If you delete a user who has previously taken data on a program, their name will appear as a “?” when grouping data by user.
You will need to resend them an invite if you wish to re-enable them at any point if you choose to delete.
