*This feature requires Hi Rasmus Premium subscription. To update your organization's subscription, select [Settings] >> [Subscription]

Audit trails show any events that happen related to session notes, client info, etc. and provide insight to what a user changed. This can also show what was changed in detail, who made the change, and what was changed.

How to View an Audit Trail from Auditing Tab

  • From the side navigation menu select [Reporting] >> [Auditing] (Only Manager and Supervisor level users will have access to this)

By default, you'll be shown the entire update history for all activities, client profiles and user profiles across the organization.

  • To drill down the information, select from the following filters:

Click onto edit the column table by selecting/ unselecting checkboxes for the columns you wish to display.

Click [OK] to save the changes.

  • Click on a line of the audit trail to display the audit trail details (changes and/or updates) on a particular client's activity

  • If I open up the trail of a change on a note, I can see the old value versus the new value as well as what the exact differences are (what was deleted (red) and what was added (green)).
