Create custom cancellation reasons in Hi Rasmus to track appointment cancellations

How To: Set up Cancellation Reasons
1. From the left hand navigation menu select [Settings] >> [Scheduling] >> [Cancellation Reasons]
2. You'll see three pre-populated Cancellation Reasons: Holiday, Sick and Vacation
3. To edit one of the existing cancellation reasons, click the name of the cancellation reason.
To add an entirely new cancellation reason select [Add Cancellation Reason]

4. Enter the cancellation reason name into the [Reason] field

5. To edit the options for type of cancellation either hit the [X] next to the type name or select the drop down arrow to add a selection.
- There are three options for cancellation type: Other, Client and Staff.
- ℹ️ When cancelling an appointment, users will be prompted to specify the cancellation type if more than one type is listed as an option for a cancellation reason.

6. Once you've added the Reason and Types select [Save] or if you'd like to remove the cancellation reason altogether select [DELETE]
