What Is Data Accessibility?
Data Accessibility is a recurring Tableau workbook, built for your organization, that gives you and your team visibility into your program and outcomes data outside the Hi Rasmus platform. It's available live to access and includes one or more Tableau viewer seats so your team can log in and explore the data directly.

Data Accessibility Starts With Platform Setup
The reporting you see in your Data Accessibility workbook is shaped by decisions made earlier in your setup — often during onboarding. The way you structure programs, treatment area labels, tags, and data fields directly affects the kind of insights you're able to see later.
- Program treatment areas group your program- and target-level data so you can look at outcomes by clinical domain (like communication or adaptive skills), not just by individual program.
- Program tags let you filter and compare outcomes by context, helping you spot patterns your treatment areas alone won't show.
- Custom program and client information fields add structured context — like baselines and objectives — that carry directly into your reports.
- Session note templates (especially with strict session naming turned on) keep session-level data reliable, so outcomes can be tied back to service delivery with confidence.
- Business units let you view and compare outcomes across locations or service lines.
- Assessments configured in Hi Rasmus can be pulled directly into your reporting, so you can show measurable client improvement over time.
