Hi Rasmus | Aloha: I don't see appointments in Hi Rasmus!
Don't see appointments for a particular client and/or user in Hi Rasmus? This article will take you through the steps to troubleshoot this issue!
Appointments Troubleshooting Video Walkthrough
Aloha Appointments Troubleshooting 101:
1. Confirm if the appointment is actually showing up or not by navigating to the client's [Appointments] page.
- If you do not see the Client's appointments page, it hasn't been turned on for your user role. A manager level user will need to enable the Client Appointments page in the User privileges.
💡 TIP: If the appointment is missing a user's name underneath the appointment times, this means the user isn't properly linked to their Aloha profile.
2. Make sure the Hi Rasmus client is linked to their Aloha account.

3. Make sure the Hi Ramus user is linked to their Aloha account.

💡 TIP: If the user appears to be linked to Aloha but their appointment is still not showing up for them follow these troubleshooting steps.
4. Resend the appointment from Aloha to Hi Rasmus by selecting the Hi Rasmus icon on the appointment in Aloha
