Learn how to create a mapping to ensure your appointments from Aloha will link to the correct session in Hi Rasmus
By default, when appointments come from Aloha, each one is displayed on all sessions on your client's home page.
Now, we introduce a new feature for Aloha: auto-mapping appointments to sessions. The mapping is based on the session name from Hi Rasmus and the Service Name from Aloha.
Aloha ABA:
To find the Service Name in Aloha, you will click on your client's profile, and then click on the tab Authorization
When you create your appointment in Aloha, you will also see the Service Name there
Hi Rasmus:
To create the mapping, you will go to Settings -> Organization -> Integrations
Here you will type the Service Name from Aloha, and match to the session name created on your client's profile in Hi Rasmus.
The session name in Hi Rasmus has to be the same for all clients, because the mapping is for your whole organization, and it is NOT client specific. You can standardize session naming organization-wide by utilizing Session Prototypes.
Once you have you mapping created, the appointments created in Aloha ABA will link to the correct session on your client's home page.
