Making a client inactive and finding that client later on

When you make a client inactive, you will still be able to access their data and programs at any time. This simply removes the ability to run new sessions and collect new data.

Subscriptions
If you would like to also adjust the number of subscriptions to align with your active client count, you can do so by visiting Settings > Subscription (view step-by-step on Managing Licenses)
