Adding a Tag

You can add tags to programs to make it easier to distinguish e.g. ABA programs from OT programs, caregiver training programs, etc.

Some suggested tags will show up when you edit the program, but you can also add your own.

From Programs, select the program you would like to tag (or create a new one). At the bottom of the first page, just above the program status icons, you will see a drop-down menu. Here, you can select one or multiple tags that can help to identify your program. You can also add custom tags by typing and hitting enter.

If you would like to remove a particular tag as an option or change a tag color, you can do so from SettingsPrograms > Tags. Select the icon to change the color. Select the icon to remove the tag from your clinic.

In the screenshots below, you will see how you can use the tags that you have added to your programs as a filter to quickly locate the programs that you desire.

Step 1: Click on the Programs button on the left hand side:

Step 2: Choose the + Add Filter button provided on the Program page

Step 3: Choose the Filter that you have attached to the program that you want to pull up.

How to add a filter during a session: 

Adding a filter during a session is a great way to focus on the programs that you want to collect data when you are with a client.
