Easily review, export and filter client information from the [Clients] page!
NOTE: Only Manager and Supervisor level users have access to the [Clients] page in Hi Rasmus
Reviewing and Exporting Client Information
- From the navigation menu select [Clients]
- Select the gear icon in the right corner of the client list
- Select the fields that you would like to display on the client list by checking the box next to the field. You can choose: Client profile fields, Client information fields (these represent your custom client data fields) and practice management connection info, if applicable.
- Select [Submit] to apply to the list

- The fields you selected will now be displayed in the client list
- To [Export] the client list and the information in the selected columns select the [Export] icon and select if you'd like to export as an Excel document or CSV file
Filtering the Client List and Saving Filtered List Views
- The Client list will be filtered to [Active] clients by default.
- To remove the [Active] filter click the [x] on the filter itself
- Select [Add Filter] to add additional or new filters
- Select from any of the following fields to filter your list by. Select [Client Information] or [Lumary Linked Client] to access the filter options for custom client data or practice management client connection info (the name of the filter will vary based on if you have an integration)
- Type into the search bar to narrow down the filter options
- Select [Apply] to apply your filter view
Save a Filtered List View
- Select the [Bookmark] icon in the top right corner of the page
- Select [Save Current View]
- Enter a name for your filter.
- Check the box next to [Visible to a all users in your organization] if you would like anyone with access to the Client list to be able to see the filter
- Select [Save]
- Select the [Bookmark] icon at anytime to access your saved filter view or delete it.
