New Sign & Send Feature for Integrated Organizations
Coming Soon users completing their note will be able to sign & send their notes to their integration partner with 1-click. See the current process and what managers need to know about this new feature.
What Do I Need to Do as a Manager-Level User? 🛠️
Option 1 (No Action): You want the user completing the Session Notes to send their notes to the integration 🎉
No changes are needed.
Just make sure:
- Users keep their app up to date 📱
- Users follow your current note process ✅
Option 2 (Action): You want to review notes before they are sent to the integration 🔍
If your team needs to review notes in Hi Rasmus before they send them to the practice management system (PM), we recommend one update.
What to do:
- Select [Require Signature from Additional People] in the note template ✍️✍️
- Add an [Additional Required Signatories] in the section. This will prevent the note from being sent until this signature is collected. 🚫📤

💡You'll need to set up a Client Information Field to add an Additional Required Signatory.
For more information on collecting additional signatures, click HERE
Option 3 (Action): The person completing the note needs to collect another signature before sending it to the integration.
If your team uses the [Request Signature] or [+Add Signature] functionality after the BT signs the note, you'll want to follow this option to update your note templates.
💡This means that an additional signature is not required to complete the note but is collected in the moment.
What to do:
-
Select [Require Signature from Additional People] in the note template.
-
Leave the [Additional Required Signatories] section blank. This will allow the person who completed the note to gather a signature from another person.

Important to know ⚠️
- The "Sign and Send" option is only available if the user who created the note is the last required signature to sign.
- If there are multiple signatures required, the last signer will be responsible for clicking "send to PM" after completing the final signature.
- Requiring an additional signature will keep control of when the note is sent to the PM with a reviewer.
