Example: Program Data Fields in Session Notes
A great example of when you may want to use a program data field within your note template is to specify something such as the types of intervention used within a specific program.
- You'll be able to specify the selection on the specific program on the program's [Treatment] tab
- Once the session is complete, the note field will display a list of the selection options. Any of the selections that are associated with programs that were run during the session will be checked off by default. The user will be able to select more options if appropriate.
- The data field selections will be displayed in the note as either a bulleted list or a comma separated list, depending on what was selected within the note template set up.
